My good friends Sarah and Dan got married in July and gave me the honour of designing the invitations for their special day. They wanted something pretty, inspired by the colours and designs of a peacock feather. They were also clear about wanting something more than just a simple printed card, so I infused a little bit of my signature hand-crafted style into these one-of-a-kind invitations.
The invitation package included a folded hopsack-textured card with the main invitation mounted inside. To the left of the invitation I created a small sleeve to hold the map card, response card, and response envelope. The outside is embellished with a delicate, white lace paper and gold ribbon with a monogrammed card mounted on top. I also designed a simple save-the-date card and program to match
